Creative City KC’s Global Strategy 2026 was a city-level initiative focused on defining a clear cultural vision, strengthening international positioning, and aligning long-term priorities with Kansas City’s UNESCO City of Music designation. The project required strategic clarity, brand cohesion, and stakeholder alignment across education, tourism, preservation, and entertainment.

I led creative direction and brand strategy development for Creative City KC’s Global Strategy 2025, guiding organizational positioning, visual identity direction, and strategic priorities.
